Who we are

This website belongs to Town & Country Staffing ("Town & Country", "we"), a staffing firm at 33 Flying Point Road, Suite 131, Southampton, NY 11968. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the Request Talent, Submit Resume, Join as an Agency Recruiter, and Contact forms:

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number (optional), and your company's name if you're asking for talent.
• About work you want staffed: its market, the trades or roles, how many workers, engagement type, location, ideal start date, and any notes you add.
• About the work you're looking for: your market and your trade or role, a link to your LinkedIn or work profile if you give one, and your resume, with whatever it contains, such as your work history and education.
• About your agency, if you sign up as an Agency Recruiter: its name, its website if you give one, the trades you place, and where you place workers.
• Any message you write to us.

What we don't collect

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to understand the role you want filled or the work you're looking for, and to match candidates with roles. With your agreement, we may share a candidate's resume with a hiring firm about a specific role. We don't sell your information.

How it reaches us

When you send a form, its contents go to our team by email. The site is hosted by Vercel, and the email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Both handle your information only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep resumes and messages for as long as they help us match you with a role or answer your request, and delete them sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@tacunited.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
